Since 2014, Data Science Camp Inc. has successfully designed and delivered FREE, immersive, project-based and team focused summer camps for high school students. Proudly partnered with various universities and The Brian Westbrook Foundation, we teach the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math with emphasis on Agriculture and Athletic Data (STEAM). Our camp introduces students to hands-on experiences with college-level tools, social approaches, and analytical techniques surrounding STEAM.
Facilitators are the core of camp culture and should therefore be multifaceted:
-
At least a high school diploma and have an interest in STEAM fields
-
Participate periodically in virtual planning meetings and accomplish assigned tasks independently and in groups
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead high schoolers
-
Proven initiative to creatively resolve complex problems
Create and manage a lively STEAM learning environment for high schoolers. This entails active participation in researching content, making presentations, and daily leadership of small groups. You will be trained by professionals and supported throughout the process by our dedicated team.
Once submitted, you will be contacted for next steps in the selection process!
